On A Quest For A New Normal

I think I’m going to be okay. Thanks for asking. It’s been rough, lonely, and something I hope you never have to face. Because if you do encounter the loss of a loved one, in my case, a spouse of  31 years, life as you know it will never be the same. You also will probably be searching for that new normal for a good while. Give yourself a lot of self reflection and as much time as you need before you restart up that new normal of a life, whatever it may be. I haven’t found mine yet but I’m still on a quest for it...
