Love these Blueberry Pancakes from the Log Cabin on Interstate 40 East mile marker #243. I stop for breakfast often when I’m on the road to North Carolina. If it’s not breakfast time, I have a Vegetable Plate with their wonderful Southern cornbread. Always clean, busy, and friendly at this place!
